This weekend I’ll be wandering the panels, parties, and workshops of the Fifth Annual Imaginarium Convention at Louisville , KY! What makes this year different from previous years is a lack of a vendor table base of operations. My books will be available at the Seventh Star Press table and I’ll check in frequently, but I’m using this weekend to network and learn, so just keeping it real, finding me may be a bit tricky if you are shopping for books and doing little else.

Over the years, Imaginarium has become a gathering place for new writers and veteran authors to meet, and for indie authors at my level to learn from the latter and maybe pass on some pointers to the former. So accordingly, I’ll be there to lurk and learn.
If you’re attending Imaginarium just to see me… well, that’s just sad! But seriously, I am scheduled for some panels on Saturday, so if you’ve bought one of my books and otherwise just can’t find me, you can definitely see me here:
Sat, 12:45 pm in the Farmington Room.
Freelance Writing – Ways to Getting gigs that pay. Freelance writing helps pay the bills for many creative writers. This panel will give insights on finding writing jobs that pay. Panelist include: (Mod-Alan Goldstein) Jen Selinsky, R.J.Sullivan, James O.Barnes, JP Chapleau, John Colyer.
Sat, 5:45 pm in the Appalachian Room.
Marvel Vs. DC – A Face Off! – A fun “showdown” panel where our panelists (and audience) can debate and compare the worlds of Marvel and DC!
Panelist include: (Mod- Tony Acree) Leah Pugh, Sara Marian, John F. Allen, Brian Hatcher, R.J. Sullivan, Brandon Aten
Sun 10:15am in room Cumberland.
Building the Brand of You – For many creatives such as authors, they are their brand. This panel will discuss the art of branding yourself, and building that brand!
Panelists include: (Mod- Brian Hatcher) April Brown, R.J. Sullivan, Janie Franz, JP Chapleau.
Otherwise you will find me attending panels and workshops or engaged in random conversations with other authors and readers. Although I am taking a “I am here to learn” approach, I am still excited to meet new people or catch up with old friends. If you see me, don’t be shy!
